Our standard rate is £55 per hour per person.
Emergency callouts £75 for the first hour, then £55 per hour.
Swap a light fitting.
To do a straight swap (No assembly required) is £25
If assembly is required for the fitting its £55.
Outside socket.
The parts and labour to supply and install a double IP rated socket starts from £75 if its within 2 meters of an existing socket.
Consumer unit upgrade.
These are typically from £600 to £800 and include a pre-test to rule out any issues before the swap.
Rewires.
This takes into account how many bedrooms, if we are fitting white or decorative fittings. It will include a new consumer unit. Should the property be occupied during this process, additional time must be allowed for to keep it liveable throught the process.
